Laura & Kev - Greater Manchester

Through the arch window in a converted mill in Stockport live Laura and Kev. She is a designer, illustrator and all round creative brain. He is an Architectural Designer and foodie.

LauraDrawer works between her home and studio. Surrounded by a rather nice bunch of objects from the likes of Donna Wilson and Orla Kiely, she has set-up her home/office in the bedroom.

I asked them, “If the bedroom were on fire, what would you save?”

Laura, “Well, I’d grab some eggs. Boil an egg. Because the best thing to do in a crisis is boil an egg. Everyone knows that.”

Kev, “I’d grab some clobber.”
